3. Why we use your data
- To confirm and manage table reservations and answer enquiries.
- To secure the site against spam and abuse (reCAPTCHA).
- To understand website traffic and improve content (Google Analytics).
- To comply with EU e-privacy and Greek Law 4624/2019 requirements (CookieYes).
4. Third-party recipients
- Google Ireland Ltd. (Analytics 4, Tag Manager and reCAPTCHA).
- CookieYes Ltd. (consent-management platform).
Service providers only process data on our documented instructions.
5. International transfers
Google services may transfer data to the United States under the EU-US Data Privacy Framework or Standard Contractual Clauses as applicable.
6. How long we keep data
- Reservation enquiries: 12 months after your booking date (for service follow-up or tax queries).
- Analytics data: 14 months retention setting within GA4.
- reCAPTCHA logs: kept by Google per its global retention policy.
- CookieYes consent log: 6 months (then anonymised).
7. Your GDPR rights
You may request access, rectification, erasure, restriction, portability or object to processing at any time, and withdraw consent without affecting prior lawfulness. To exercise rights, email yiannis.restaurant@gmail.com. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the Hellenic Data Protection Authority (www.dpa.gr).

We use HTTPS, least-privilege access, firewall rules and reCAPTCHA bot filtering to keep data safe. Google for Developers
